Fun Fun Friday

An update of my weekend.
Went to Baby's house in the afternoon to have fun with the baby girlies on Friday.
I was supposed to go to Baby's house to help his mum out by taking care of the girls.

Before you know it, they have grown so big alry...
N the big words they use can be so surprising!
Their 3rd year birthdays are coming up soon in July! =)

Cutey Livvy was pretending that her binoculars is a digital camera.
(Actually it was Baby's binoculars which became her toy.)
Why digital?
Coz everytime she "takes a picture", she will show the binoculars to me and say
"See? Nice?"
Wah kids are so savvy nowadays.

I was so amused, i took out my real digicam to take pictures with them.
N boy, were they excited!
Coz i taught them how to take a few real shots with a real camera.
(Eh..altho half the time i was damn scared their little hands will lose grip of my cammie and drop it!)

Went to have dinner with my besties at Siglap...
since it is near Baby's house.
The plan for the night was that we are gg to Baby's house to play games!

Ate at Coffee Club along Siglap.
Took photos of everyone's food except Sophia's chicken fusilli and Baby's garlic prawn pasta.
Coz Soph's order was covered with greens and we cudnt see the actual dish.
So i was too busy looking at her pick out all the greens that at the end of it,
i forgot to take a pic.
As for Baby's dish...i think i was too busy eating that i din realise i did not take a pic.
I think maybe i shud start a food blog...since I like to take pics of the food i eat to remember by.

Well, as you can see, our food looks super delicious.
But truth is, IT SUCKED!
Except for the appetisers - chicken wings and caesar salad which were not bad.


After dinner we went back to Baby's house to chill and play games!
Too bad there's a 3 mth old baby in the house, so we cant make too much noise.
Else we will be playing mahjong!
I love mahjong altho i suck at it! haha!

Anyway we played Bingo, Scrabble, Blackjack and Daidee for about 3 to 4 hours that night.
I brought Monopoly too! A really old set from my childhood.
So we used the monopoly money as money for our games.
The loser with the least amount of money at the end will have to treat everyone to yummy desserts!

Guess who is the winner of the night?
ME ME ME!!! *jumps up and down excitedly*

Guess who is the loser (ok lar, dun be so bad)...ahem...

Haha! LY! When are you gg to treat us to nice desserts?

1st Joke of the Day!
We were playing blackjack.
N our dear LY seldom play, so she forgot how to play.
During our first round, she was sitting next to the banker,
so she was the first to get the chance to draw cards if she needs.

Me: LY, do you have enuff points? If not draw a card.
LY: Oh okay!

N she reaches out to the deck of cards and CHOOSES a card RANDOMLY,
drawing a card somewhere in between the deck, instead of drawing the first card on the deck!

All of us, especially me, burst out laughing crazily!
I laughed so hard that I cudnt stop laughing!

And if you think that is funny, wait till you hear a funnier joke that happened later during our games!

2nd Joke of the Day!
Me: Hey! Let's play 'chua dai dee'! U guys know how to play?
Yanz: Er...what does the 'chua' mean?
Nic: Huh?! I also dunno. Dun mean anything lar. It's just the name."
Yanz: Orh..okay.

So I started explaining how to play. This Yanz and LY so sua ku hor?
Dai dee also dunno how to play.

After awhile....
Yanz: Eh?! Is 'chua dai dee' same as 'dai dee'?
Me & Nic: Huh?! YAH!!!
Yanz: OH!!! Looks the same. Den I think know how to play. I played before.
Me & Nic: OMG! *burst out into hysterical laughter and 'pengz' onto the floor*
LY: *clueless*
Yanz: *trying to defend herself* How i know it is the same game! Contract Bridge and Bridge are played differently altho the name almost the same. So i thot 'Chua Dai Dee' and 'Dai Dee' are also different games with similar names.
Me & Nic: *still laughing like crazy*

Well, it was so funny, we really cudnt stop laughing till quite some time later.
I laughed so hard till tears even came out from my eyes!
And whenever we think back about it, we will burst into laughter all over again.
Yepz...as you guessed correctly, i laughing as im typing this now. Hahahaha!

You girls just tickle me!
What a load of crappy fun we had that day! =)

I wanna play mahjong next time!
Yanz and LY, we will teach you ok! There will probably be more jokes of the day to come!
